Our churches are working hard to go where people are – and engage with them in a meaningful way. SVB already has a good track record through activities such as the weekly StoRkies, the annual Nativity Crib Festival, musical events for the Sodbury Festival.
Now we are hosting a special family event at the Chipping Sodbury Rugby Club – on Sunday afternoon August 26th from 2-4.30pm…
The Rugby Club is making its bar available for drinks and family games. There will also be a tea and cake tent, a BBQ, a fairground roundabout, family games and community stalls. These include a bee-keeping demonstration, Sodbury in Bloom, and British Legion weaponry. There will also be an opportunity to learn more about our church schools.
