This Good Friday our sensitivities are heightened by the awful suffering that is being perpetrated in Ukraine – and especially in the people of Mariupol. The injustices of makind and the awareness of the on-going presence of evil in our world brings us back to many of the realities that we would rather forget, or ignore, because they are too painful.
In some ways this is why many today would rather not be reminded of the sufferings that Jesus Christ endured that first Easter. Take time to view this video that recounts the stories of many of those who were involved and the impact that it had on them.
